More than half way through the newest piece, ‘Glimpse’ (and the maquette) Its woven sideways, and you might just see the copper wire image, which will be verdigris once off the loom.

Working on a piece for an exhibition next month, with my Studio Assistants. Chronic illness has delayed and prevented studio time for months, but I am making progress, even if I only have the energy for 15 minutes in a given day.

Finally back in the studio after too long an absence. When will I learn that weaving helps me feel like myself? There have been good reasons for being away from the loom, but I needn’t have been if I’d remembered how good it is for me.🙄
