Andy Lloyd has been involved in the chocolate industry since 2000, when he opened his first Belgian chocolate shop. Island Truffles was established in 2005 when Andy and his partner Jeannie decided to take their chocolate making talents onto the road and incorporate entertainment with the making of delicious hand made Belgian chocolates. Groups, clubs and associations all over the UK book Andy and Jeannie to come along to their venues, to sample the delights of freshly made Belgian chocolates.

Thank goodness my old car is loyal to me because on Tuesday we drove from Filey North Yorkshire over to our friends in Barrowford in Lancashire for an afternoon tea and singing. Then we drove up to East Kilbride in Scotland and slept. The next morning another long drive up to Aberdeenshire to join my daughter Lizzie and Harry and the kids at their gorgeous home.
