The second artist in our 'Exhibition of 4 Halves' is:
Alison Adcock Art. Describing herself as an "Abstract artist exploring colour relationships and narrative", Alison has most recently been painting entirely from the imagination producing mindscapes (rather than landscapes). She telIs us that she paints primarily in acrylic, mostly because she's impatient and acrylic dries quickly, meaning she can apply multiple layers!
If you'd like to see a colourful display of art, you won't want to miss this. Alison is with us until 8th June.

So pleased to be back at Navistich again! It’s a lovely venue and there will be lots to see!

It's a new month so what about some news about something new and exciting coming up in our Sail Loft from 7th May?
We've got both of our gallery rooms reserved for 'An Exhibition of 4 Halves' and it features four artists, friends of NaviStitch and our audience:
Alison Adcock brings 'Two Stops Short of Dagenham' from 7th May through to 8th June, along with
Anne Plummer who will be showing her Maritime and Mono Prints.
Pauline Wilson is exhibiting her Mixed Media and Textiles from 7th to 25th May with
Tina Bullen who's work is entitled 'Extracts from Hands and Wings'

Update from NaviStitch 😉

We have so many exciting things coming up in May and what's great is that our whole Sail Loft Gallery is full of amazing art. We kick off tomorrow with a week-long exhibition from Mae Kandoo. Following on, we have five artists, all friends of NaviStitch, working together to create an amazing show:
Alison Adcock Art brings 'Two Stops Short of Dagenham' from 7th May to 8th June, along with Anne Plummer Painter, showing her Maritime and Mono Prints;
Pauline Wilson is exhibiting her Mixed Media ad Textiles; and Tina Bullen's work is entitled 'Extracts from Hands and Wings', both with us from 7th May to 25th May.
Finally, from 28th May to 8th June, we have a solo show from Amanda Clement-Robinson.

Had a lovely yesterday- still exploring the use of and and learning new ways of seeing! It’s a lot of fun and really recommend it 🤩!

Dates!! I am taking my “Two Stops Short of Dagenham” collection to in very soon - see image for details! I will also show a few smaller items, prints and cards so something for everyone. My part of this residency will be on until 8th June so there will be a top up poster to follow!

And I’m sharing the space with Pauline Wilson and Tina Bullen - lots to see and enjoy!
