Do you play in a brass band or symphony orchestra and would like to try your hand with a wind band, or maybe you are looking to return to playing after a break.
Well now you can, we are opening our 6th June rehearsal at Cams Hill School to anyone who would like to come and play for an afternoon with us. Please arrive by 12.30 for a 1pm start
The rehearsal will be under the direction of our MD Ka Wai Cheng, sight reading is essential as we will not be sending out music in advance.
This is a free event but please register at: https://snappytickets.co.uk/event/you-are-invited-to-an-open-rehearsal/ in order that we can track who will be attending and to ensure we have sufficient music available. Join us during a break to chat to our members and enjoy free refreshments.

The excerpt in the video is from a recent rehearsal featuring one of the less well know pieces we will be playing "Night Beat" which describes a walk through the differing areas of New York.

It's going to be a superb evening of music from a talented local orchestra ranging from Glenn Miller's "Moonlight Serenade" through "Night on a Bald Mountain" and "Nordic Night"to Danny Elfman's "Batman", something for everyone.
Tickets are competitively priced at Adults £10, Seniors £8.50, Under 16 £2 and groups of 5 or more £6.50 each.

Are you interested in playing wind band music or looking to return to playing after a break, well we are holding a FREE "Open Rehearsal" Saturday 6th June at Cams Hill School Fareham commencing at 12.30pm.
Come along and play with us under the direction of Cheng Ka Wai as she navigates you through some amazing wind band music.
