Falmouth's first Collaborative Contemporary Art Auction is taking place on December 8th. The four different categories to enter so far will be: Fine Art & Illustration, Contemporary Crafts, Textiles and Photography. This is an opportunity for any up-and-coming artists and designers to showcase their work with the high possibility that this work will be sold to the highest bidder at the Auction.

Thankyou for everyone who came to view and buy over the two days (exhibition and auction) We hope this will be the first of many. It was a learning curve but the comments i received were heartwarming. Next one in March or a Summer auction in June i will decide over the Christmas period where to go from here. Auction starts at 1PM

Hot and cold food available to buy. We have hired in Annie's Kitchen Falmouth who will be providing such delights as home made Cakes and Seasonal Spicy Parsnip Soup and a Chicken, Leek and Bacon Hotpot

We will be hoping to promote the auction and in turn give wider publicity to the Fish Factory art space where the exhibition and auction will be held. The radio station is Source FM 96.1 FM however its range is only Falmouth and surrounding areas but you can listen online http://www.thesourcefm.co.uk/ or on Podcast when it is uploaded a few days later.
