Let’s talk booking cut offs!

We know flexibility is important, but in order to plan the best experience for you ahead of time, we’re putting in place a 1pm booking cut off for classes.

For community classes we ask that you book by Monday 3pm each week so we can collect the right amount of equipment from the studio.

We appreciate this isn’t always possible, so if you miss the cut off or need a bit of flexibility on a community class booking just send us a dm and we’ll do our best to accommodate you ☺️

You’ll have to excuse my dodgy editing - the grey screen on my laptop is still persisting and getting these perfect was pretty much impossible 😂 but at least you know we’re dedicated to not using ai in our posts!!

September beginners Pole, Silks & Aerial Hoop courses are OPEN!

Join us in Truro, Newquay and Falmouth to learn the foundations, we’ve got classes for all levels so if you’re not a beginner drop us a message and we’ll find the right class for you!

Pole and aerial are really sneaky as a workout, we’ll be honest 😅 you think you’re there having fun, laughing with people on your wavelength, and then the next day?! Serious doms 😂🫠

But honestly, we think it’s a bonus, to find a full body workout that you don’t notice in the moment till you’re aching the next day like you’ve just completed a hyrox 😂
