Loading up the legendary Happy Bus for their Autumn tour, the 7-piece group are stopping off at Event Square to join in the antics of Falmouth Oyster Festival on Friday night with a brand-spanking new album in tow.

Mad Dog McRea blends a unique mixture of folk rock, pop, gypsy jazz, bluegrass and ‘shake your ass’ music. From self-penned songs of adventure, drinking, love and life to traditional songs of gypsies, fairies, legless pirates and black flies - Mad Dog never fail to capture their audience with their infectious songs.

Described as a pop-up festival bursting with energy & colour, they have built a reputation for raucous live shows, blending original songs with traditional melodies and a dash of storytelling charm.
