Almost 2 years to the day that Mr. Wright, beloved 1st mate of The Damp Sponge suffered a heart attack ... It may have taken the wind out of his sails for a while, but rumour has it he has fully recovered and is now Captain and proud owner of his own pirate ship 'The Leviathan'... It seems he's going by the name of 'Captain Morgawr' and was last spotted down Penzance way ... Be sure to follow his page and see where his adventures take him next 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT—-/

As some of you may be aware, the tours have had to stop for a while due to the fact that our beloved Mr.Wright, the 1st mate of The Damp Sponge has suffered a heart attack and is in the best hands at treliske hospital being treated. It was a scary moment for us all but now glad to report that he is on the road to recovery and is expected to be home within the next week or so after a couple of procedures.

Please do send any comments of support and well wishes as it will definitely give him a much needed boost !!

We will post again when we know what is happening and when the tours and pirating will re - commence .
