For those who didn’t already know, our co-founder and director Andrew Ure passed away suddenly on New Year’s Eve while hillwalking. Andy loved music; it’s why he helped make Vibration Festival happen and later went on to create Falkirk Fest. It was his dream to bring music back to Falkirk in a big way, and we truly believe he achieved that dream.

His band, The Ray Summers, wanted to honour him and the people who helped carry him off the mountain by releasing a song he often sang, alongside a fundraiser for Arrochar Mountain Rescue Team.
