✨ ATHINA IS LEVELING UP… 😈🔥 ✨

Just LOOK at those boots! 😍🔥

This is .arvanitaki and our instructor Karen Fraser after a private heels session — and honestly, we are LOVING this next chapter of her dance journey! 👠🖤

Athina joined our pole fam last year and has been an absolute delight ever since. Not only is she super dedicated, she’s also one of those people who throws herself into everything. Every Monday she trains fitness/tricks, takes a pic of the class plan then drills that during open training every Saturday after taking part in stretch. 💪✨

And now… she’s decided it’s time to LEVEL UP. 😈

She recently bought these STUNNING boots and booked a private session with Karen to prepare for taking part in our heels classes. 👠🔥

Now, Athina is still pretty fresh to dancing in heels, so we’re not putting any pressure on her to hit the stage just yet… BUT…

During the session, the conversation turned to songs and Athina casually blurted out:

“When I perform in a showcase…” 😱

Karen’s face apparently said it ALL. 😂🔥

So maybe not this year… but come summer? 👀

WATCH. OUT. Because this rock chick is coming for that stage! 🎸👠🔥

Athina, you are always such great fun in class. Your smile genuinely lights up the room, and your hilarious stories have us entertained every time! 😂💗

We absolutely LOVE having you as part of our pole fam. Keep putting in that hard work, keep having fun, and keep pushing yourself — because heels come SO naturally to you! 👠✨

✨ What a weekend at Pole Fitness Falkirk! ✨

We had not one, but TWO incredible workshops and honestly… we’re still buzzing! 🔥💃

First up was our Doubles Workshop with the fabulous Juicy Jules and Raunchy Rosie 🌹 👯‍♀️— plenty of laughs, teamwork, cool shapes and flow fun!

Then it was time for Fake Splits & Floor Tricks with Juicy Jules 🤸‍♀️🔥 — working on those shapes, tricks and transitions while having an absolute blast!

These two group photos at the end of each workshop pretty much say it all — happy faces, tired bodies and lots of proud smiles! 🥰

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made the weekend so much fun. We absolutely loved having you all in the studio and we cannot wait to do it all again! 💖

Join Juicy Jules and her doubles partner Raunchy Rosie to explore the magic of doubles pole! From beginner partner poses and mirrored shapes to base & flyer tricks, you’ll learn how to work together to create some seriously impressive moves. Whether you bring your pole bestie or come along solo, expect plenty of laughs and loads of fun 🤩 Mixed ability with progressions and regressions for everyone.

Not naturally bendy? No problem! This workshop is all about working smarter, not harder. 😏 Jules will show you how to create gorgeous fake split shapes on and off the pole and some seriously sexy grounded tricks. Our Summer Showcase was packed with incredible performances, an amazing crowd, plenty of laughs, a raffle full of prizes and of course, our surprise guest Xtreme from 🔥

To every single person who helped make the night happen—our gorgeous performers, our amazing audience, everyone working behind the scenes, selling raffle tickets, setting up, packing away, keeping things running smoothly, and all the staff at Behind The Wall—thank you! You all played a part in making it such a memorable evening, and we appreciate every single one of you. 💜

These events are one of our favourite things to do because they remind us what Pole Fitness Falkirk is all about—confidence, community, a little bit of chaos, and a whole lot of fun! 💃✨

Now... who’s ready to do it all again? 🎄 Our Christmas Showcase is already calling our name, and if this one is anything to go by, it’s going to be bigger, bolder, and just a little bit naughty! 😉🎅

Sandra started at Pole Fitness Falkirk last year and honestly… she’s never looked back ✨

She’d always wanted to try pole but felt a little nervous taking that first step — and now it’s become her weekly time to switch off, let loose, and enjoy being part of our fun, supportive and safe community 💖

From day one, Sandra has been SO strong. Every move she does is full of beautiful lines, gorgeous posture and effortless flow — she moves with the pole so naturally ✨ She’s also an absolute delight in class and always the first one gathering the team for a cute wee selfie 📸😂

Yesterday she took a huge leap and joined mixed ability instead of intro… and although we knew she was ready, WOW 🤯 Straight into her invert with no physical touch spotting needed — just a stand by!

We are SO proud of you Sandra ❤️ Watching your confidence grow has been amazing and we honestly cannot wait to continue watching you flourish ✨
