LLEWELLYN - LIVE MUSIC AT THE BANK
SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER 2026

The eclectic sound of Clea Llewellyn and her band is a fusion of soul, jazz, lo-fi rock, trip-hop and reggae which perfectly complements Clea’s extraordinary voice and soul-baring lyricism. Unpredictable, heartfelt and emotional, her music moves the soul and the body with a gritty authenticity that reflects the times we find ourselves in. It reaches out to the listener and invites them to feel life in all its messy beauty.

During her thirty year career Clea has worked with world music aficionado Jah Wobble, toured USA, Canada and Europe and played prestigious festivals such as Electric Picnic and WOMAD, playing live on BBC Radio 2, BBC6Music and recorded in Maida Vale Studios. She is absolutely best experienced live!

We would like to start by saying a huge thank you to everyone who has visited Adam Docker's Solo Exhibition over the past few days - since opening on Wednesday we have had an incredible reception! We've welcomed the highest visitor numbers yet which is a very exciting milestone for our Gallery and a small non-profit Arts Centre. We are beyond grateful for your support!

For anyone planning to visit tomorrow (Saturday 22nd August) - Adam Docker will be joining us in person from 10.30am to 3.30pm. He will be here to meet visitors, sign book and talk about his work. If you'd like to meet him, please do come along!

About Adam Docker:
With over 25 years experience, Adam captures the essence of a moment in ways that transcend traditional still imagery. Based in Gislingham, Suffolk, but shaped by journeys through more than 90 countries, his photography captures striking human stories, intimate moments and evocative landscapes from around the world. For Adam Docker, photography is not merely a visual medium; it is a profound exploration of humanity and culture. His images are a testament to his understanding of composition, storytelling and emotion - celebrated for their ability to capture the essence of a moment in ways that transcend traditional still imagery. Through intentional movement, he breathes life into his compositions, elevating the static medium into one that evokes emotional responses and resonates on a visceral level.

Adam’s work has been awarded British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain award (2025 and 2021); Portrait of Humanity award (2021 and 2023) and was a finalist at the Royal Photographic Society 2026 International Photography Exhibition awards.
