Are you parenting a primary-aged child who is neurodivergent? You don't have to navigate it alone. 🌱

Join Cara and Sarah from Esteem Team for our upcoming GROW Group, in Exmouth, starting 14th September!

GROW is a friendly, small, closed group designed to give you both practical information and a supportive space to share experiences with other local parents.

Over 8 sessions, we’ll be exploring:
Anxiety, distress, and the nervous system
Understanding sensory needs
Navigating demand avoidance
Peer support and shared strategies

Because each session builds on the last, attendance at all 8 sessions is strongly encouraged.

📍 Who can attend?
Due to specific funding guidelines, places are only available to parents/carers living in: Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, East Budleigh, Woodbury, Woodbury Salterton, Lympstone, Exton, or Otterton. (Sorry if you live outside of this area but do check out our sessions with Leap Workshops instead)! 🙏

📩 Are you interested?
Spaces are limited! To register your interest or ask any questions, please email [email protected]

🌟 Exciting News from LEAP! 🌟

We’re delighted to share that our September programme of LEAP workshops is now being finalised and we can’t wait to welcome you back after the summer break.

This autumn we’re thrilled to be continuing our partnership with BIBIC, bringing back many of your favourite workshops alongside brand new topics designed to provide practical support, fresh ideas and up-to-date guidance for families and professionals supporting children and young people with SEND.

We’re also incredibly excited to be working with the Esteem Team, who will be delivering their own programme of specialist sessions as part of the LEAP offer, giving you even more opportunities to learn, connect and gain valuable knowledge.

Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning to another LEAP workshop, there’s something for everyone.

📅 Keep an eye on this page – the full September programme and booking details will be released very soon!

We can’t wait to share what’s coming… 💙💚

We had our CATCH session earlier today and want to give a shout out to all the wonderful families we have met over the last few months. The peer support that parent carers give each other is outstanding and it is a privilege to facilitate the CATCH group! 🥰

We won't be running our usual CATCH at Scott Drive Church until the new term in September BUT we do have two summer family sessions running at our Esteem Team Base instead! 😎

🎺🎺 Our last parent carer CATCH of the term is TODAY at Scott Drive Church. Feel free to come along and say hello before ...

Awesome! 🤩 Thank you Exmouth Pottery 🙏

Due to the Red Heat Warning and the increasing number of school closures tomorrow, we've decided to cancel CATCH.

We hope everyone can stay cool, safe and comfortable at home. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to see you all again next week! ☺ 🌞🍦🕶️
