Two more session dates coming up for the Art for the Heart, session for carers:
- Monday 25th May 1.30-3pm (Bank holiday Monday)
- Monday 22nd June 1.30 - 3pm

Sessions are free and are kindly funded by the The Ness Care Group on Withycombe Village Road, Exmouth.

No previous experience necessary, just an opportunity to be with others also in the situation of caring for a loved one and enjoy some creative time together. Spaces are currently available, please get in touch to enquire and to book:

A theatre set for three blind mice (with mechanisms for winding up and down onto stage 😎), a dolls house room with a swing for a googly-eyed creature (reading some heavy going literature!) and other adorable egg-box creatures, made this week at the Chatty Art Café. Thank you to my husband Terry for joining us today to help with his glue-gun construction and design skills 😃. He was very well behaved until he stuck a digestive biscuit and tea-bag onto his sculpture, which he has now covered in epoxy resin 🤔🤪!

Butterfly art made by residents at Raleigh Manor Care Home - Barchester Healthcare using oil pastels for the outlines and patterns and a watercolour paint wash. Different levels of confidence wasn't a problem at all, with lots of encouragement shared between the group and friendships formed. Well done everyone 😃❤️.
