Hello everyone, it’s time we finally let you know why we haven't posted to our page recently.

In early March this year, we decided to close our business. It is difficult to see an end to pandemic restrictions for the entertainment industry at the moment, so with this in mind and everything else, we have closed our business.

We are so proud of what we have done with Enchanted Events, and would like to thank you for joining us on this journey. So many wonderful memories were made from this. If you have any great memories meeting our characters, I would absolutely love you to share. Below, I have put together a short video of our favourite moments in our time together.

Once again, thank you all so much for the love and support. And, for the last time, have a magical day.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to our lovely customers for being so kind and understanding!

As you all know, it’s currently very difficult to be a small business owner at this time, and we’re so grateful to those still supporting us.

We will continue to try and provide virtual princess content as much as possible. Keep an eye on our page for updates!✨

We will most likely be doing free Live Streams with Princesses in the weeks to come!
These will include things such as
- Story Times
- Singing performances
- Q&A’s

We are also thinking of having a sale on video messages/ Skype calls for those who have had birthday parties cancelled or just for little ones who are having to stay at home right now.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

In light of the developing Coronavirus, we would like to let all of our customers aware of how we plan to move forward. As it stands, we will continue to attend currently booked parties and events.

However, if the government put the country on lockdown or advise people to stay indoors and not attend gatherings as other countries have done, we will be offering all existing bookings the choice to either move their booking date free of charge (subject to our availability) or we will give you a credit note.

We want to thank all of our customers in advance for their understanding and cooperation during this uncertain time.
