There’s something truly magical about making pasta by hand. I still remember my first batch — flour on my sleeves, laughter in the kitchen, and that comforting smell of sauce simmering on the stove. It’s simple ingredients, patience and a little love.
In our latest post I share the easy steps: choose the right flour, knead until smooth, let the dough rest, then roll and cut into your favourite shapes. Fresh pasta only needs a couple of minutes in boiling salted water. Try adding spinach or beetroot for colour, or stuff ravioli with ricotta and herbs for a special treat.
