Little update…..

So my life is having a major reset, led by my knackered nervous system, menopause, new neurodivergence and just a whole heap of other stuff!
It’s ok, I’m ok, in fact I am starting to feel really positive about a way forward, I just don’t quite know what that looks like yet…..but that is also OK 🤍

This week I have set about repurposing my studio, which I have been trying to do for a really long time but somehow I was stuck. I figured it out though, the studio is no longer my happy space. It was filled with negativity, stress, pressure and an ultimate sense of deep failure.
So now we have addressed that, told it all to f**k off where it belongs and are beavering away to turn it back into a studio I can love to create in. They WILL get their kitchen table back!!

First on the list of things I need to do is purchase a kiln. I also need to rehome old stock, like the beautiful ladies in the picture……remember those??!!

So if you ever fancied owning a glorious, colourful, powerful and original of one of the wonderful women (and one or two men) keep your eyes p*eled because they are going to be so affordable!!

Also, if you know there is one you want and can remember her name ( or have a picture) get it touch and I’ll make it yours somehow.

Thank you all for being on this journey with me….please share this far and wide so I can get these girls home, to their forever homes instead of stacked in my sad shed!!!

And just like that it’s all over🤍

These are my last hooks, now packed and ready to send to beautiful Jem at Under the Olive Tree Knits.

It’s a strange moment, knowing that chapter of my life is behind me. It was a wild time…..I had THE BEST customers, a lot of whom are now on my friends list. A tiny, amazing community that has been there for each other through some crazy s**t times, and some spectacularly good stuff too!! Yarndale stays, laughing until I p*e myself, so so so many great hugs and so much colour!!

So for the last time, thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the heart of my bottom, for all the kind words, all the encouragement and validation and for being my hooky tribe for almost 14 years.
