Throwback to a few weeks ago when we had the pleasure of hosting the DASLS Legal Awards in the Great Hall 🏆

Guests enjoyed arrival drinks and live entertainment on our sun-drenched piazza before making their way inside for an unforgettable evening of celebration, fine dining and fun 🤩

🌿 Kitchen Garden Update ☀️

Our Kitchen Garden is thriving! Despite the heat, our summer crops are flourishing, with harvests of spring onions, shallots, and vibrant 'Peppermint' chard now underway.

Inside the polytunnel, tomatoes, climbing beans, basil, chillies, and aubergines are taking over as earlier crops make way, keeping the garden productive all season long.

We're also excited to be working on a kale project to help grow more climate-resilient crops for the future.
