Tear drop storage pouches, with loop for hanging up.
Pattern is the Half yard sewing clubs August project, for members only.
A great quick and useful sew, using up some old cotton canvas I had in my stash, with polyester water resistant canvas for the lining.
These can be made in any fabric so suitable for all uses. 😉🤣🤣

Delilah Dual compartment cross body bag, pattern by Ora Rosa patterns.
I modified this one omitting the centre accent strip a 2 of the 4 zip pulls, I felt my zip pulls were too big to have 4 bunched up together on the top, so I used just 1 each side and made them open in opposite directions. The centre accent strip being omitted I think is self explanatory!
All exterior fabric and hardware from Country Cow Designs pumpkin spice Mora faux leather and Golden outline Water resistant cotton canvas are still available to purchase, Golden outline vinyl is also available.
Lining from Little Stitcher Sews & Custom Fabrics UK, I used RFID material to complete the card slots, a small but practical little crossbody.

Tamsyn bag, pattern by Country Cow Designs. I’ve had this one to do for simply ages, I even used the fabric for another bag, but thankfully still had enough left for me.
This was a challenging pattern, lots of new skills learnt and made mistakes were mad along the way, but the end result I love.

Now the birthday gift has been opened I can show everyone the photos of my latest bag creation.
Merryn handbag by Country Cow Designs, in fact everything this bag is made from came from Country Cow Designs! 😃
This features new hardware now available in brushed cooper, water resistant cotton canvas, and Mora faux leather in Lazulli blue. Lining is water resistant poly canvas in pink and blue, the lining features full width slip pockets, zip pocket, 2 bottle holders and pen/phone holders.
It’s ideal for a day out or anyone going to work, college or school. 👏🏻👏🏻

Top and trousers made by me. Top is the Nell pattern from Tilly and the Buttons the trousers pattern is the Half Yard Sewing Club wide legs trousers, both fabrics from Dalston Mill Fabrics (viscose and linen viscose mix) buttons for the top bought locally from Heathcoat Fabric Retail Shop.

New top all completed for my trip away, 100% viscose, a nice cool floaty fit. (This is my 3rd in viscose, all slightly different and not just the fabric pattern).
Pic on hanger doesn’t do it justice, so will try and get some of me wearing it later in the week.
