A superb turnout with an incredible feeling around the town square! 🎉

Looking for something to do in Evesham today? 🤨

The Festival Players have a solution - three FREE events taking place in Evesham Town Square throughout today and tomorrow! 😆

At 2pm and 4pm today, we have 'Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Funky Pigs', a fun musical, family friendly show coming from theatre company Theatre2U. 🎭

At 7:30pm today we have 'Blockbusters from the Movies' - an evening of music from all the biggest and best blockbuster movies of the 70s and 80s. 🎬🎤

And on Sunday, starting at 7:30pm, we have 'Music All The Way' an evening of music from local talent, leading up to headliners, the TFO Jazz Band! 🎷🎺

So bring a chair and get yourself down to the town square for a weekend of musical and theatrical fun! 👍

The week of the ‘Evesham Weekend Festival’ is here and we, The Festival Players cannot wait to bring you it! This weekend, in Evesham, 4 events in 3 days, 3 of which are FREE!

‘Kings, Teens & Tyrants’ - a monologue, drama and music evening in the gorgeous garden setting of Hampton Ferry on the 16th July @ 7:00pm. Enjoy Shakespeare, Coward, Wilde and more from the young talent of The Festival Players, accompanied with music and song. 🎭
Tickets £8 and can be purchased from Eric Jones (on 01386 48788) and also The Almonry Museum, Evesham 🎫.

Saturday the 17th will see ‘Little Red Riding Hood & Three Funky Pigs’ - a fun, family friendly theatre piece from Theatre2U, proving fantastic entertainment for the little ones on our stage in Evesham Town Square. FREE at 2pm and 4pm 🐷 🐷🐷

Also on Saturday 17th at 7:30pm we present ‘Blockbusters from the Movies’ - an evening of Smash Hit songs from the best of the silver screen. Have the time of you life; go footloose to the iconic music of ‘Titanic’ ‘Back To The Future’, ‘Flashdance’, ‘Dirty Dancing’ and SO MUCH MORE! Town Square Stage, 7:30pm, FREE. 🎞📽

To round off the weekend, Sunday 19th brings the best of local talent to the Town Square Stage in ‘Music All The Way’, with everything from W Factor winners to the TFO Jazz Band, pop to gospel, plus local band Anomaly, to see off a weekend of community, togetherness against a backdrop of music and theatre. Also, FREE. 🎸🎶

Be sure to bring chairs, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the entertainment for the last few days of lockdown! 🙏🏻
