Fancy a cuppa ☕️ and a lovely slice of cake 🍰 , a freshly made sandwich 🥪,or a scone with cream ? We've got the perfect solution for you!
AFTERNOON TEA on SATURDAY 4th JULY 2026 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm Wickham Hall, Etwall.
Our volunteers will be there ready to make you fresh sandwiches, cut cakes and serve up scones, all with a delicious cuppa ☕️ or maybe some bubbles🥂?
This year we are giving you the opportunity to book a table too , we can cater for larger groups too☺️. So if you fancy a little bit of time out and some delicious fresh food at a very reasonable price the why not send an email 📧 to [email protected]. To reserve a table.
No monies needed until the day. If you have any dietary requirements, gluten free dairy free please let us know before the day so we can cater for you too!
We will be running a raffle so any raffle prizes would be gratefully received too.
Fancy baking a cake 🧁? Then please just let us know what you will be dropping off on the day after 1:00pm.

An ideal opportunity to stop for a couple of hours, catch up with friends and eat some delicious freshly prepared food.

Delighted to say that we received a letter from Susan Attenborough yesterday saying Sir David had seen our well dressing ! Describing our wall dressing as a massive endeavour! So a big thank you to all the volunteers who helped bring the design a reality 🤭. So pleased he's seen it, all be it on photograph form!

A BIG thank you 📣to Rollo Civil Engineering & Mickleover Removals for supporting Etwall Well Dressing this year. Your support means so much to us THANK YOU ☺️.

This is the saddest day of the festival, having to clear the boards of our designs. Thank you to all who made it down to help, the boards have now gone from the village and stored away for next year. Thanks to Heavy 💪 Team for all their hard work.
Next years's Well Dressing Festival will be May 15th-17th 2027. See you then?☺️

Thank you for your interest in our well dressing. The well dressings are taken down on Thursday afternoon, 21st May 2026, they are open to the elements so as time goes on the petals start to drop. It's still pretty good but not as pristine as it was at the weekend.

This well dressing in Etwall took 36 volunteers more than 320 hours to complete!

This lovely yellow raincoat was handed in over the weekend. Does anyone recognise it? We would love to get it back to its rightful owner.
