Dear Flamingoo family, ❤️
I’m someone who finds it very difficult to share my problems. I usually keep them to myself and try to handle everything on my own. But this time, I feel I can no longer stay silent. I need to speak openly about what has been happening. 💔
We opened Flamingoo to bring children happiness. To give them a place to play, laugh, celebrate birthdays and make wonderful memories with their families.
We have poured our hearts into this place, and we continue to do so every single day. Behind every party, every play session and every child’s smile is so much work, energy and love. Seeing happy children gives us strength and reminds us why we do this.
Yet within just one month, we have been broken into and burgled twice. Our back doors were damaged, and after we secured the entrance, someone returned and threw stones at our window.
It is incredibly painful to watch someone deliberately damage a place we care about so deeply. We repair the damage, secure the building and try to move forward — then something else happens.
To us, this is so much more than doors and windows. It is the children who look forward to their next visit. It is first birthdays, family time and shared memories. It is also our daily work and a dream we have worked so hard to bring to life.
But I want to make something very clear: please do not read this post as a reason to feel afraid or stop visiting us. Flamingoo is a safe place for you and your children. All the incidents described happened at night, when we were closed. Someone is deliberately coming outside our opening hours and damaging our premises.
I am sharing this because, this time, I don’t want to face it alone. If you have seen anything suspicious or have information that could help, please contact us or the police. I would also be grateful if you could share this post — it may reach someone who knows something.
Thank you to everyone who supports us, visits us and trusts us with their children’s special moments. Your presence and kind words really do give us strength.
We are still here for you. We want to keep opening our doors, welcoming your families and seeing children leave with smil
