This will be 2 Weeks before our first Country Ruby’s on Saturday 4th July.

WORKSHOP 2
Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall, Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2BE.
We will be teaching:
1. One More (Strumingbird).
2. Going Blonde
3. Kiss Goodbye All Night (Country Walkin).

*** 1 WEEK to go until ‘The Roosters’ play at Ruby’s for Surrey Jive and Tickets SELLING! ***

Saturday 6th June (7.30 pm – 11.15 pm) at Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall, Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2BE.

Hear ‘The Rooster’ crow and feel the Rock n’ Roll……
The Roosters will be delivering an electrifying night of Rock ’n’ Roll, proving once again why they are such a crowd favourite. With a feel-good set list, these guys know what you like to hear, and they will have the dance floor buzzing. Be ready for another memorable night at Ruby’s!

In between sets Shakin Shep (Surrey Jive’s resident DJ) will be playing from his huge collection of ‘Red Hot and Blue’ floor fillers that include RnB, Rock n’ Roll, Rockabilly and Jump Jive.

Our dances are well attended, and you will find a warm and friendly atmosphere to greet you. Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall has a large sprung dance floor, licensed bar and large free car park. The hall is situated close to the M25. You do not have to be a member of Surrey Jive to attend our events.

Over 3-hours Kim and I will be teaching three-line dances at each workshop, so there will be plenty of time to master them. As usual video tutorials will accompany the workshop, so you can practice in your own time. Workshop 2 will run 2-weeks later, and there will be a further 2-Weeks before Ruby’s H***y Tonk, by which time you will be ready to hit the dance floor!
