It’s great to see more tracks written recorded and produced before lockdown here at Darkhorse finally being heard.

I began work on a new version of Sadness by Enigma with Laudez Rose from Indya over a year ago. Due for release on December 18th and featuring Jethro Sheeran, it’s a track we’re all very proud of.

I’m hugely proud that some of the tracks recorded here before lockdown are finally seeing the light of day. We started work on “We Shall Overcome” by Pilots last year, long before the world changed in March. Amazing to hear that it was chosen as track of the day by BBC Introducing yesterday.

It was a real pleasure to be involved in the recording, production and mixing of this new record by Pilots. Freshly back from being mastered at Abbey Road Studios. I’m afraid the studio is still closed due to Covid. Unfortunately the size and layout makes it impossible to socially distance safely but rest assured that I’ll reopen as soon as it’s safe to do so.

All experience voucher expiry dates have been frozen from the start of lockdown on March 23rd. So as soon as I have a reopenIng date I’ll be in touch and however much time was remaining on the voucher on March 23rd will be added on from that date. I will try to be as flexible as possible on this to make sure that everyone who has bought a recording experience will be able to come to the studio and enjoy their time here safely.

I look forward to welcoming you all back to the studio as soon as I can.
