The exceptional talent and skill was exciting to watch, and I have to mention how remarkable it was to see the care for theatrical discipline and respect from all these young performers. I have come away feeling energised and inspired.

Congratulations to all the dancers, and of course their teachers and choreographers who continuously prepare them.

This is the way we look at things in Chinese Medicine.

After telling us what your issue is, we’ll ask you about many other different things. You’d be surprised how once the symptoms are linked, these other symptoms go away as well as the issue you came with.

For example, if you have postural dizziness, insomnia with frequent waking through the night, numbness/tingling of the limbs, muscles cramps, low mood or periods that have pale blood, low blood flow, we would be looking at one specific syndrome and treat that. After a few sessions, you may notice many of these issues have improved and with default seasons no longer an issue. After that, you only come to treatment when you need it!
