I rarely get chance to take pictures I'm always flat out and often at parties or events where parents not present so I can't get parental consent to do so. Saturday I did a public job at Smyth Toys Boucher Road Belfast for A Face in the Crowd where all children had an adult with them to consent so took advantage and got time go click a few.

Its hard to believe that its almost a year since we have been unable to work and all our bookings started cancelling and the summer diary of bookings emptied within 3 days. This time last year we were preparing for a busy St Patricks weekend and then a fully booked Easter weekend and holidays break. It is now looking hopeful we will be able to return at some point this summer if all carries on well and events are allowed to resume and the social distancing is relaxed to be able to work in close contact again.
At present we have not opened our diary for bookings as we are still very dependant on restrictions being lifted but we will put announcements up when you can start booking again. We need to get back to work as we have not qualified for a penny of financial help or grants for our business through this nightmare and need a fair amount of money to be able to replace our kits and products before we can start back as they are aĺl now out of date and we will not be insurred to use them . We will be back in whatever capacity we are allowed to be as soon as we are able to be. Thank you to all our followers and clients for your past and future support.

Merry Chrstmas to all our friends, followers and Customers past and present. A strange year and not being able to work means we have not been out and about seeing people but when its safe to do so we will be back at events and parties. Hope your christmas is a safe one and to be back working very soon.

So we are still here patiently waiting to go back to work. Just as things started to look as if we could possibly start to do some little parties with balloons and glitter tattoos only in October and we were starting to think about advertising again we are back to no close contact services so thats ruled it all out. Face painting has not been able to be done safely since March and our kits have remained closed collecting dust. We are COVID ready to return when we can with numerous courses completed and further health and safety standards ontop of our already high standards of hygiene we had in operation. Its been a hard 8 months so far and In sure theres more to come, we cant see a return to work any time soon. We have not had any financial help at all from any grants or self employed schemes and still have the bills to pay for the company but luckily they are not mega bucks but still a tie when nothing coming in.
This weekend and last week would have been our busiest time of the year with lots of fun events, instead we are sitting here debating should we just throw a couple of thousand pounds worth of face paint away now and get it done as its all going to be out of date by the time we get to paint again- if ever. Balloons too are all sitting perishing whilst waiting to be able to work again in this industry we love and have many friend also in the same position. Glitter gels and pastes all will need to be binned, its hearbreaking seeing no end to this. We wont be closing we have worked too hard to give it all up, when we will be back-who knows.

To all past, present and Future clients. We just want to let you all know that we will be trading again once safe to do so after the Covid 19 outbreak has passed. We had to stop working suddenly and attending events from 10th March due to this outbreak and all of our bookings at that time and future business for the summer have been cancelled. All deposits have been refunded. Hoping now the government help us financially as we are self employed. Look forward to hearing from you once normality is resumed and looking forward to once again being able to serve our clients with party and events services for professional face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon modelling, hair feathers, glitter and bling bar and body painting. Keep safe everyone at this challenging time.

Hi everyone. For those of us in the entertainment Industry and who are also self employed, with all events cancelled which we rely on for the majority of our income already we have been hit hard as suddenly we have no wages coming in. This weekend and Tuesday we should be flat out entertaining you for various St Patrick's Day events but we are sitting at home. With Easter so close these events are also starting to cancel too. Please can you take a minute to sign this petition to try to help us all in the Entertainment industry during this time. Thanks Jules and Andy.
