Did you know that a whopping 36% of UK adults find it challenging to find the time for physical activities?? 😳

This is according to research by @‌mentalhealthfoundation, the organisation behind Mental Health Awareness Week, who has also provided some hints & tips to help us all squeeze in some more movement in our days - even if we are busy!

We also found the below quote on their website & we couldn’t have said it better ourselves! 💕

“One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement. Our bodies and our minds are connected. Looking after ourselves physically also helps us prevent problems with our mental health.”
