We are incredibly grateful to the Black Shuck for loaning their Black Shuck puppet to us during the 2026 Ely Arts Festival. The mythical dog made a star appearance in our community concert at Ely Cathedral last month leading a parade of 350 children up the nave! It also danced down the nave during a newly commissioned piece of music by the composer David Sims based on Black Shuck. The Black Shuck festival begins on 31st July with lots of exciting events to enjoy!

A collection of images and more from this year's Ely Arts Festival; We've had yet another brilliant summer bringing an array of arts events, workshops and productions to Ely! It's been hot, but also pretty cool too! We'd like to thank all of the venues, our fantastic sponsors and supporters, all of the performers, the workshop leaders, artists, crafters, the festival committee, the volunteers, helpers and most importantly... you, the audiences who came along to watch, enjoy and take part!
