Whether you’re coming with no experience and wanting to try something new, or you’ve danced in heels before, I’ve got you. We can’t wait to welcome you into the studio.

No experience is needed — complete beginners are supported just as much as experienced dancers. Heels are completely optional too, you’re more than welcome to dance in socks or barefoot.

Come along to unwind, stretch, and learn a combo in a supportive, empowering space where you can let go for an hour and a half and feel amazing doing it 🩷

Ladies, last night’s class was stunning. You both danced so beautifully 🩷 Thank you for joining me, I already can’t wait for next week ✨

We all love dancing in heels, but sometimes there’s something so special about taking them off, grounding through the floor and really feeling the movement in your body. Barefoot, in socks, in heels… it’s all beautiful.

So if being a “heels class” has ever put you off, don’t let it. The movement, confidence and feeling is still just as powerful without them 🧡

A little behind the scenes of practicing last night’s routine, supporting each other, and bringing such beautiful energy to the room. Watching you all throw yourselves into it, grow in confidence, and really settle into the movement is always so special.

Thank you, each and every one of you, for dancing with me and for making the space what it is. It was such a beautiful class, and I loved every second 🧡

Last night’s class was all kinds of wonderful 🧡

We always start by connecting, checking in, having a quick catch up, and taking a moment to just be before we begin. We realised pretty quickly that we had all arrived with our cups half full and running on reserve… but through the community we’ve created and the safe space we hold for each other, we all left with full cups and full hearts.

Recharged, lighter, and reminded of just how powerful it is when women come together, support each other, and simply allow themselves space.
You were all wonderful 🧡🧡
