🇺🇸🇨🇦 What an adventure it’s been! 🛳️🐻🐋

After four incredible months performing across America and Canada, our NCL contract comes to an end for this year.

Taking The Animal Guyz stateside has always been a huge bucket list moment for our company, and getting the opportunity to do what we love in front of American and international audiences has been an experience we’ll never forget.

NCL has looked after all of our teams brilliantly throughout the adventure, and then there’s Alaska… WOW! 🤩

The scenery and wildlife have been beyond anything we could have imagined. We’ve been lucky enough to experience:

🏔️ Breathtaking views
🐋 Humpback whales
🦦 Sea otters
🐻 Wild bears
🐬 Dolphins
🦅 Bald eagles

Memories that will stay with us for a lifetime!

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along and watched our shows, and to the fantastic technical crews in the theatres who helped us bring each performance to life.

But our biggest thank you has to go to our incredible Animal Guyz team. ❤️

Leaving your families and lives back home for months at a time is a huge commitment. We couldn’t be prouder or more grateful to every member of the team who helped take our little company on one very BIG stateside adventure! 🇺🇸

That was the challenge Craig set The Animal Guyz team as they attempted to match the speed and bravery of the mighty peregrine falcon. Could The Animal Guyz become the fastest team on the planet?

The team did an incredible job, pushing themselves well beyond their comfort zones and taking to the skies for an unforgettable experience.

The results were absolutely brilliant… and the video is finally about to go live on The Animal Guyz YouTube channel! 🎥

So, if you had to choose just one, which would it be? And more importantly… should Craig be allowed to dodge doing any of them? 😆

🎉🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CRAIG! 🎉🎉

We said we weren’t going to do birthday shout outs this year as the team keeps growing… but there was no way we could let the main man’s birthday pass without celebrating him!

Craig is the original Animal Guy, the agony uncle, the friend, the shoulder to lean on, and quite possibly one of the most supportive people you’ll ever meet.

We’re incredibly lucky to be part of such a talented and kind team, performing on amazing stages and visiting places we never imagined we’d see and all of that is thanks to Craig.

He’s created a show that’s not only educational and hilarious, but one that genuinely makes a difference. While Craig would never be the first to talk about the incredible charity work he does, we’re more than happy to do it for him. The impact he’s had on both people and animals around the world through fundraising, conservation, and charitable work is nothing short of inspiring.

Craig, from the bottom of all our hearts, thank you for everything you do. We hope you have the best birthday you deserve it!

🐶🐱🦎 Calling all pet lovers! 🐦🐰🐍

For so many of us, our childhood pets were the reason we fell in love with animals and inspired us to want to work with them. Here’s some of ours from past and present ❤️

Ironically, because of the way our business has evolved and our shows are now completely animal free, many of us aren’t able to have pets of our own while we’re constantly on the road. It’s honestly one of the hardest parts of touring.

Thankfully, we have this amazing community of animal lovers, so we’d love to meet your furry, feathered, scaly (or even slimy!) pets instead! ❤️

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Don't panic... we're not in trouble (for once!). But we do need your help to settle a VERY heated dressing room debate... and no, it's not just because of the heatwave!
As Craig starts putting pen to paper for next year's show, he's seriously considering including... GIANT SPIDERS!

The rest of us think that, considering spiders are one of the biggest phobias on the planet, it might be wise to give that idea a miss. Craig, however, believes we should tackle people's fears head on.
His argument? "People just need to get over it!" Plus, it gives us the chance to show everyone just how fascinating, clever and important spiders really are.

Now, we should point out that Craig is absolutely terrified of rats... strangely, he's not so keen on tackling that fear head on!

🐾 🦧 🌊 Well, haven’t we been busy! 🌊 🦧 🐾

The last couple of weeks have been an incredible adventure for the team! We’ve been everywhere, from our Butlin’s tour and cruising around Norway to a residency at Colchester Zoo, festivals, a UK theatre tour, a school tour, and finally, our very first shows in America!

We’ve welcomed some fantastic new team members, gone whale watching, stomped around with dinosaurs, and performed in brand new routines and animals for the very first time.

In total, 23 Animal Guyz, 11 different shows, over 50,000 people entertained, and 50 different amazing animals performed!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to see us, and to our incredible team for making this packed and exciting schedule possible.

🇺🇸 🐋 🌊 The Animal Guyz have headed across the pond, and what an adventure it’s been so far! 🌊 🐋 🇺🇸

The team will be in North America until the start of September, proudly flying the flag for nature… and a healthy dose of British humour.

From swapping stones for pounds, chips for fries, and lifts for elevators, every show has been great fun. The audiences have been wonderfully enthusiastic, and it’s been fantastic sharing our slightly different way of bringing animals to life with new crowds.

When we’re not on stage, we’ve been exploring scenery that looks like it belongs in a Hollywood blockbuster and wildlife that genuinely takes your breath away. Otters, whales, eagles, seals……the list goes on!

We never take for granted how lucky we are to do what we do, in some of the most incredible places on Earth.

So, here’s a question for you: could you see yourself enjoying an adventure in Alaska and Canada?

Going back into schools has been INCREDIBLE!

The Animal Guyz® originally started by bringing the magic of the natural world into schools, from rainforests and minibeasts to habitats and lifecycles. A few months ago, we officially launched our brand new school experience.

The response has honestly blown us away. Seeing children’s reaction when an Elephant walks into the school hall alongside sloths, orangutans, and even a life sized polar bear is something very special. The excitement, laughter, and learning happening in these schools has been amazing to be part of.

We’re so proud to be creating unforgettable experiences that inspire children to connect with animals and the natural world in such a fun and interactive way.
