Class Challenge explains

The class challenge is based on an audition process.

It’s to encourage and help with auditions. It’s an exciting event, with lots to learn and everyone receives a certificate of participation.

6th-1st placing with a trophy for first place

A trophy to be awarded by the choreographer in each genre to their favourite performer of the day.

Best technique

Overall highest mark/Dancer of the Day

Please note this is a licensed event therefore all children will need to be accompanied by Teachers/chaperones

Our 2nd teacher will be our lyrical teacher at our next class challenge event. We can’t wait.

Olivia Holden originally trained with the MB Academy of Dance in Doncaster. She then went onto further professional training with CAPA College, and then Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance.

Whilst at LIPA Olivia performed in ‘Variety Live’ at the Empire Theatre Liverpool, ‘Fame UK Reunion’ Live as well as LIPA Amateur Shows.

Olivia’s TV credits include working with ITV on ‘Ackley Bridge’, GSP Studios for the film “Mad To Be Normal’ and Universal Pictures UK for the film ‘Yesterday’.

Upon graduating Olivia has performed at ‘Eurovision Welcomes the World’ for BBC as a dancer, Disneyland Paris as a Character and Parade Performer and with Canterbury Travel in Finnish Lapland as an entertainer.

Olivia has now relocated back in her hometown of Doncaster and has gained her Associate teaching qualification with the B.A.T.D. Olivia is currently a freelance Choreographer specialising in Contemporary Dance.

As we come off an amazing weekend from our annual ADP Class Challenge. We now have our brand new class challenge event
Musical Theatre and Lyrical Class Challenge.

His Biography below. 💜🖤

Aaron trained Laine Theatre Arts. Aaron has performed all around the world in film, theatre and arena’s, for audiences of 500 to 30,000 people, working along side: Meryl Streep, CHER, Dionne Warwick, Arlene Philips, Colin Firth, Ben Elton, Jenna Coleman, Brian May and many more.

Aaron’s credits include: Mamma Mia 2!: HERE WE GO AGAIN! Featured dancer, Singin’ in the Rain (Pitlochry Festival Theatre), “A-Rab” in the 2016 production of West Side Story (Kilworth House Theatre). Pepper in Mamma Mia! (International Tour, including: South Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Dubai and Singapore.) Roger in Grease (Ljubliana Festival, Slovenia) Ensemble in We Will Rock You (World Arena Tour) Ensemble in White Christmas (Pitlochry Festival Theatre) Ensemble understudy Goody & Schlomo in FAME! (UK Tour)

Concerts Include: Featured Dancer/Vocalist in “Go Local” (Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park), A Tribute To Danny La Rue (London Palladium) and Principle Vocalist for Yamaha Orchestra (Birmingham Symphony Hall), Featured Dancer in “Greatest Show” N.E.C Birmingham.

Choreography includes: Peter Pan, and the return of Captain Hook (UK Productions) Jack & the Beanstalk (UK Productions) Beauty & the Beast (UK productions, pantomime), Cinderella (UK productions, pantomime), sense of variety & SHOWMAN (Talent artistic group), Dream Bingo (Advert) Northern Ballet school (American Musical Masters, musical) Phil Winstons, “The Works”. FLASH MOB Glamour, Daegu South Korea.

TV & Films include: Featured ensemble in Mamma Mia 2! “HERE WE GO AGAIN”, FREEMANS commercial (GATE Films), Simon in Coronation Street (ITV), Featured dancer with Snow Patrol (Music Video), Played “Dave” in Made In The Eighties.

Teaching experience; Current; Deputy Director of Vocational Training at The Hammond. The Northern Ballet School, Leeds Conservatoire. ICTHEATRE.

What a competition this was yesterday. Full of joy excitement to perform. The talent was off the scale. It was like watching a grand final.
Thank you to all the lovely schools who attended.

Are you a street school that is sick of always being beaten by Contemporary or jazz routines. Then Street Vibes is for you. It is a street in event. Held in the morning.

The afternoon will be Contemporary Jazz it up this event is for jazz and contemporary routines.

Both events have 3rd-1st genre awards
& 4th-1st overall plus overall awards including adjudicators choice plus best technique new comer and much more.
