Last night saw the last official Elland Rotary meal with current and past members enjoying a social get together at Crow nest golf club.
At the end of June, the Rotary club of Elland will become history as we disband after 59 years of helping the community.
We would like to say thank you to anyone who has helped us in any way be that helping at events, attending events, generously donating or in any other form.
We would like to wish the community of Elland and the host of volunteers that make Elland a better place to live all the best for the future.

An inaugural Saturday pop-up market – the first since this part of town was pedestrianised – saw visitors bringing some extra bustle and business to Elland.

Preparations complete. Thanks to all the helpers, volunteers and peeps in the community that have made this happen. We have a great selection of stalls for your delectation! Including; wood turning, handmade jewellery, crocheted animals, recycled denim, henna make-up and tattoos, buns, sweets, candles and much more! Also live music provided the marvellous Project C**t choir and other musicians. So grab yer raincoat (just in case) and get on down!

We’re really looking forward to being part of the “All About Elland” Pop-Up Market on Saturday 11th April at The Square in Southgate, 10am–4pm.

It’s always a great opportunity for the community to come together, with local traders, market stalls, produce, and entertainment and we’ll be there with a selection of items for sale.
