🏆 CAMPBELL TAKES EVENT 2! 🎱
Congratulations to Regan Campbell, who takes the title in Event 2 of our Power Snooker Series after a dramatic final-black victory over Graham Scales!
A miscalculation from Graham resulted in a foul, leaving Regan with the opportunity to clear the colours and seal the title. Under pressure, Regan kept his cool and got the job done!
🔥 THE ROAD TO THE FINAL
Regan’s night didn’t get off to the best start, losing his opening match against the potting machine that is John Herriott. However, he regrouped, won his remaining matches and topped the group on head-to-head record.
In the semi-final, he faced Richard Stuart, who also finished with two wins from three. In a quick-fire frame, Regan finally managed to outscore Richard and book his place in the final.
On the other side of the draw, Graham Scales faced debutant Mark Morris. Mark had earned his place in the semi after an outstanding blue-ball shootout victory involving ever-presents Freddie Widgery Grant and John McGrath, with all three finishing on two wins.
Graham also had to negotiate a blue-ball shootout, defeating Stevie Sturrock and John McGrath after finishing second in his group with two wins from three.
The semi-final between Graham and Mark was tight all the way, with Graham eventually edging through on the blue. An outstanding debut from Mark, and we hope to see you back again soon! 👏
