✨ 15 ladies completed their steps challenge in September. Superstars! I made bingo cards to see who will take our steps challenge £200 prize pot home. The bingo card with the MOST songs played tonight, wins! If there's a tie, it's the song played first that wins.

It got me out in the fresh air, definitely more toned, but mentally feeling GREAT. You'll see everyone's steps in real time via the Stridekick App, it's the best motivation and fun I've had in years. My friends were in it too, we had a laugh and some friendly competition between us! And went out on walks to places we would never usually go. It was a month of memories 🥰

July 2025 was AMAZING for all of us that took part. And I know we can replicate this in September. Tag your pals and make September about being the best version of YOU and memories...

It's July 1st on Tuesday! How did that happen!? Half the year gone, I wanted to up my steps and we can't get in the hall after Tuesday for 4 weeks - cue our JULY STEPS CHALLENGE!

💛 300k steps or 150 miles over the month. Less than 10k a day!
💛 NEW online classes to do anytime. They will be live, I'll need to decide when!
💛 Walk Bingo for bonus steps - a kid friendly one too. Motivate them to take part with you in the holidays.

The heating is going on, we're needing warmed up! I can do that on Tuesday October 3rd at 6.30pm. Church is back open this week. I can't cope we have a TUESDAY! My dream for years 🥊💃🏽🔥🥰

We're in a cost of living crisis so we'll be £4 instead of £6. And it'll be 45 minutes. We'll have a weights section too with dumbbells that I have. And I feel I'm done with jump squats etc. My knees canae cope! We can absolutely tone without 🏋🏽‍♀️❤️

Usual booking system and pay on the door. Any class passes kicking about, they're still in play. See you soon chums! I'm away to choreo us some new tracks. I've missed YOU 🌈
