Feel the pulse of a hidden sonnet.
Not a roar like cars before,
Just something different at the core…
Then the road opens up. Every mile becomes a drifting song, carrying hearts and dreams along.

An exploration of how form, surface, colour and artistic expression can work together as one visual language.

For me, a car has always been more than engineering. It is movement, craftsmanship and emotion brought together in a single object.

This is simply the beginning of a conversation about what automotive design might become.

No destination.
Just the journey.

A new full performance edit of *Super Cali Lotus* is now complete… 🟡🚗🎭

This version blends footage from London, Edinburgh Fringe & a Notts Classic Car show performed around a classic Lotus.

The opening verse begins in Sloane St, London, before moving into the main performance filmed at a classic car show around a beautiful 1973 Lotus Elan. Additional scenes were captured outside my Edinburgh Fringe venue, with the famous reversed LOTUS lettering taken directly from the live stage show at Surgeons’ Hall during my Fringe debut.

Special thanks to Ian for kindly allowing me to film around his wonderful Lotus Elan. Ian spent his entire working career in Norwich connected with Lotus and has proudly owned the car for over 50 years, which gives the video an added sense of authenticity and history.

Super Cali Lotus meets Bond.
Captured at the Sloane Street Concours around the legendary Lotus Esprit S1 from The Spy Who Loved Me…
…and yes — the Bluetooth speaker was blaring Super Cali Lotus.
A 90-second slice of street theatre:
public reactions, passing smiles, curious glances, and a Bond icon suddenly acquiring its own soundtrack.
Not a formal performance.
More a spontaneous collision of concours culture and parody.
When a Lotus meets a song written for Lotus…
something mischievous happens.
Turn the sound up for this one.

Roadside reflections after Wilton House & National Motor Museum visits.
An in-car recap from the journey home —
fresh thoughts after a remarkable day at Wilton House among supercars, classics, artists, writers… and a great deal of motoring enthusiasm.
A day of heritage, conversation and new connections —
and perhaps a small sense of breakthrough too.
This is also a first outing for a new idea: in-car conversations — informal reflections from the driver’s seat, where road, thought and story may meet.
Testing new kit. Trying new formats. Looking ahead.
And yes… there may be more motoring musings from the cabin to come.
Take joy in your motor car —
and the freedom it can represent.
