FIRST BABY WORLD BORN!!!! 🎉👶

Thank you so much to our sensational audience of last night, what a FERAL time! The Bad One rests for another week before giving birth twice more on 12th and 19th August at 22.10.

We are so sorry we reached capacity so had to turn some of you away last night -- if you were one of those people please DM us and we'll make sure you have a token for one of our remaining two shows! 🎟️

Artist bio:
Carly Kerr is a physical theatre performer, puppeteer, and artist. Having trained at Rose Bruford College where she trained as a devised theatre creator, she also learnt to make puppets on a small and medium scale. She then went to Jacques Lecoq where she learnt to make character masks and studied performance mask techniques.

What will the workshop involve?

We will be making character masks from scratch using techniques I’ve learnt from my training. There will be a basic introduction into the techniques for performing with masks. There will be a focus on making masks that are more grotesque than a neutral mask and that has more character!

Who is the workshop for?

Anyone who is curious about mask, and is interested in using it in their creative practice.

What shall I bring?

Materials will be provided. Just wear something comfy that you don’t mind getting a bit messy! We will be using clay and PVA glue.
