Scotland Served - part of Diageo’s World Class Fest 2026! Celebrating the global finals being hosted in Scotland, we’ve put two wh**ky cocktails on as part of the festival 🩵

Bramley Apple Fan Club - in honour of the small fan club in Japan that celebrates the British Bramley Apple every year, this serve pairs the tropical orchard flavours of Singleton 12 and a homemade Bramley apple cordial with Yuzu sake and tops it off with a light tonic 🍏💚🥃🇯🇵🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We’re hiring! 🎉

Full time bar or floor position available with living wage paid + tronc, generous discount and many more perks alongside working with a great team ☺️

If you don’t know who we are, we’re an independent cocktail bar and events venue and we’re coming up to our 20th year of making silly drinks. We do a little bit of everything from classics and original drinks to weddings and private dining to gigs and corporate events, so we’re ideally looking for applicants who are excited about everything hospitality has to offer.

This is a great environment for staff who have some cocktail experience and want to build on it, with opportunities for creative input on menu development. We’re looking for staff with an enthusiasm to learn in a fun, fast-paced bar.

Please send your cv and a little about yourself to [email protected] . We look forward to hearing from you ❤️
