Welcome, friends and enemies, to The Cold War.

The forces of Secret Solstice Games are up against the legions of Tom Futter's quizzes, in a head to head match to prove who is greatest once and for all.

Over three nights the same quiz will happen simultaneously at SSG and Lost In Leith/Campervan Brewery Taproom, with all teams answering the same questions and competing for ultimate glory.

But questions are not all that is at stake. The global forces of Communism and Capitalism are spreading, and it's up to each venue to make sure their ideology ends up on top. Expect nukes, submarines, and clandestine meetings.

Some more photos from the end of A Crown of Blood and Gold! The amount of effort everyone put into their costumes is incredible, and this is only the folks we managed to catch photos of at the end.

THE KING IS DEAD, LONG LIVE THE KINGDOM!

Join us for A Crown of Blood and Gold, our fantasy LARP/Murder Mystery! The kingdom of Sellaron is in mourning after the death of King Otto Goldacre, and the next year will determine the fate of the kingdom. Played over four seasons, as the four houses vie for power, wealth, and survival.

Event takes place on Thursday the 13th at 7PM! Tickets are already available via our booking page, and characters are first come first serve upon booking.

Thank you to everyone who came along to the FANTASY FOOTBALL WORLD CUP! Here's a collection of photos from across the four different nights we ran it. Scroll to the end to watch a recap of one of the final matches, the fight for humanity!

For anyone who couldn't make it: We ran a football simulator where teams bought, traded and upgraded their players to face off against each other (and the evil Underlord!) to become the ultimate champion. It was FIFA meets Inscyrption, and a heck of a good time!

A WHOLE CITY FULL OF PEOPLE, AND A SINNER EVERY ONE OF THEM

We had an absolute blast hosting City of Sin the other night, one of our LARP/Murder Mysteries! Here's some photos of the night, but this isn't even our whole cast of characters.

We took over the whole building, which became speakeasies, city halls and mob villas, as a dramatic story of gang warfare and political corruption played out.

Thank you to everyone who came along, dressed up and got so in-character! Our games are brought to life by the people who play them, and we're always grateful that you play your parts so well!

Join us on Thursday the 23rd of July for CITY OF SIN, one of our LARP/Murder Mystery games! We'll be transforming the whole building into gritty 1930's Chicago, with each room as a different gang's hangout.

Play a character, pursue your goals, run for mayor, make money, bribe a cop, run the black market, acquire contraband, take out a rival gang, solve a murder.

CHICAGO - 1935

Two rival gangs are at each other's throats, and their one chance of reconciliation has just ended in a bloody murder.

Play the role of a crooked cop or a criminal mastermind.

Solve the murder while pursuing your own hidden agenda.

With the city on the brink of a gang war, whose side are you on?

Welcome to the City of Sin.

Ticket holders will be sent a list of characters to choose from in advance of the event. Characters are first-come first-served!

Costumes are of course a necessity. Tickets are £15 and selling quickly!
