𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗙 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗠𝗘? 💜

Walking into a dance class for the first time can feel intimidating.

You might imagine everyone else will learn faster, move more naturally or already know what they’re doing.

But our beginner courses are for complete beginners. You’ll start alongside other people who are learning their first Salsa and Bachata steps too.

Some things will click quickly. Others will take a little more practice. That is completely normal, and nobody is expected to arrive already knowing how to dance.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻. 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Our next 4 week Salsa & Bachata Beginner Courses start:

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗜𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡. 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗜𝗧 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗨𝗣. 🔥

This Salsa combination challenged our students when we worked on it in class.

The musical version showed you the finished result. Here, Wellington and Eleanna count it from the beginning so you can see the structure underneath it: the timing, the smaller steps, the changes of direction and the connection between partners.

Once we broke it into manageable pieces, everything began to make sense. Our students stopped chasing the movements and started dancing them with more control.

That is what good teaching should do. Challenging material does not need to feel confusing when it is explained clearly.

𝗜 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗟𝗘𝗙𝗧 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗧 💜

You do not need to arrive with rhythm, coordination or any idea what you are doing.

That is what learning is for.

In our 4 week Salsa & Bachata Beginner Course, we break everything down clearly, give you time to practise and help you become more comfortable with every class.

You will learn both dances from the beginning alongside other complete beginners. No experience needed and no partner needed.

This is 90 minutes dedicated entirely to 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿.
Not just learning a routine.
Not just adding a few pretty movements.
We’re talking about understanding your body, controlling your movement, developing your styling and learning how to make your dancing feel more 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱, 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Eleanna will break the movement down, explain the technique behind it and show you how to actually use it in your dancing.
Because good styling isn’t about copying somebody else.
It’s about understanding the movement well enough to 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀.

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧, 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚 💜

This Bachata combination challenged our students when we worked on it in class this week.

So Wellington and Eleanna broke it down, slowed it down and counted it through. Once the timing became clear, the movement started making sense and everything began to connect.

That is why we use counts. Not to make the dancing mechanical, but to give students a clear structure they can understand, practise and eventually make their own.

The music shows you the finished result. This is part of the work that gets you there.
