Congratulations to Lisa and Brent who tied the knot this weekend. Their first dance was The Ship Song by Nick Cave which paved the way for an eclectic night of rock anthems, Motown hits, 80s classics, indie bangers and 00's RnB. There's my party set up in all its glory* at the weekend. However, for once I wasn't behind the decks as it was for my own wedding!
Big thanks to my friends JP and Dan at who did a smashing job keeping the party going all night.
Being at the centre of the wedding hurricane really gave me a different perspective. I'll be back behind the decks in a few weeks with a renewed enthusiasm for giving someone else a party to remember on the best day of their lives.

Back in June I had the pleasure of DJing for Sally and Pav's wedding.
With an enthusiastic ceilidh to begin proceedings, a mix of 80s hits, Disco and Motown kept the happy couple and their guests dancing till the end of the night.
