Our Story

MENTOR

Alan is an internationally successful and accomplished mentor to choreographers, dancers and students in a variety of disciplines. These include working with Dance Base, Scotland’s National Centre for Dance) mentor for their prestigious Dancers Emerging Bursary Scheme’ 2012/13 (DEBS). As part of this programme four emerging Scottish-based artists were mentored over a one-year period and supported with additional free classes and opportunities to develop their work.

TEACHER

Alan has been teaching professionally since 1986 and has taught thousands of students across a wide spectrum of ages and abilities from youth organisations to professional companies. All workshops are tailored to meet the specific demands and needs of the client group and can offer 90-minute technique classes, two hour creative workshops, half and full day workshops, professional masterclass and week-long residencies.
