Another one from The Corner Room team 🖤🎺

Jon Green is a composer and multi-instrumentalist who writes and performs across a wide variety of musical settings. He is the director of Worship Arts at Hope City Church.

For Corner Room he has put together a band of Scotland's finest musicians for a collection of new songs and stories from his old home (USA), wife's home (Palestine), and current home (Scotland).

"Chun-Wei Kang is a composer and drummer whose work draws from a deep well of faith and artistic expression. While he can often be heard spurring many of jazz's emerging figures from behind the drums, his own music is a reflection of his search for unity, grace, and praise. New Song, is a testament to that pursuit, you can expect music which explores individual expressions from a quintet of big characters."

Amber Dollin - Dance Artist

REVERIE is an improvised collaboration between contemporary dance artist Amber Dollin and musician Matt Gough, where movement and music unfold in the moment through trust, curiosity and play.

Amber Dollim's creative practice is rooted in improvisation, exploring movement as a subconscious language shaped by curiosity and connection. Together with Matt Gough on trumpet, each performance becomes a unique conversation - created live, with no fixed outcome, inviting audiences into a shared moment of discovery.

Reverie: a state of being pleasantly lost in one's thoughts; a daydream.

Swinging on Birches

Swinging on Birches is a trio featuring Juliette Lemoine (cello), Madeleine Stewart (fiddle) and Heather Cartwright (guitar & vocals). Blending songs, tunes and close harmonies, they create lush soundscapes rooted in Scottish traditional music.

Drawing on original and traditional material, their music balances rich tradition with fresh, contemporary energy. Since launching in 2025, they've quickly established themselves as one of Scotland's most exciting new folk acts.

Little Acres

Little Acres is a harmony trio made up of Cariss Crosbie, Emilie Boyd and Rachel Lightbody. Drawing on influences from indie, alt-pop, neo-folk, neo-soul and contemporary jazz, their sound is built around rich, adventurous three-part harmony and true collaboration.

As individual vocalists and as a trio, they've spent the past decade performing and recording with some of Scotland's most celebrated artists, including Corinne Bailey Rae, Natasha Bedingfield, Kathryn Joseph, Rachel Sermanni, Admiral Fallow, Kris Drever and Siobhan Miller.
