Workhorses doing what workhorses do…
Here’s the preamps that do all the heavy lifting at B&B.
There’s 4 channels of aml ez1073, hand built in house. These preamp and eq strips are a stunning tribute to the legendary Neve 1073 channel, and are the go-to channels in the control room.
But 4 channels is never enough! The sublime Focusrite ISA 828 gives us an additional 8 channels, and an ISA one gives us a total of 9 ISA pre’s for multiple input sessions, such as band tracking.
There are of course further options, yet these units are the jewels relied upon regularly.

I had such a great time mixing this World Cup banger with the man himself Iain MacGillivray, aka IDMacG. Legendary piping and some equally legendary football, blended with an awesome EDM backing makes for quite the track!

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

The debut album from Dàna is a truly spectacular work, I’d encourage you to give it a listen if contemporary Trad floats your boat! We had such an awesome time putting this one together, and I think you can hear the fun we had reflected in the masterful interpretation of their work.

🌊DEBUT ALBUM OUT NOW🌊

The Deep End is out now, available to buy and stream on all platforms.

This album has been over a year in the making, and we’re super proud to have it out in the world. Thank you to our wonderful engineer Richie for being our fifth band member in the studio and helping us create this album, and to Ross for creating a gorgeous master.

CDs are on their way, but in the mean time, please stream the album everywhere and send it to everyone you know.

Leave your favourite track in the comments! 🕺🤩💅

Very excited to announce that I've had the incredibly noisy, super funny and amazing creators of top notch punk Control hooligan rock n roll in the studio over the past wee while, making their new album Kick Down The Doors. This absolute pocket of dynamite is being unleashed to the world very soon, and I'm glad to say that no studio doors were harmed in the making of this album.
