💛 A lovely few weeks at Caring in Craigmillar! 💛

We’ve been keeping busy at our Day Service with lots of activities designed to bring our members together, encourage conversation and, most importantly, have some fun!

🕰️ Reminiscence Sessions
We’ve enjoyed some wonderful reminiscence sessions, using familiar products and items from years gone by to spark memories and conversation. It’s amazing how seeing an old household product or familiar item can bring back so many stories! There have been plenty of laughs, shared memories and lots of “I remember that!” moments. ❤️

💆‍♀️ Pamper Week
We also treated our members to a little bit of TLC with our Pamper Week. It was all about relaxing, feeling good and enjoying some well-deserved attention. Our members loved being pampered, while enjoying a good chat and spending time together.

At Caring in Craigmillar, our activities are about so much more than filling the day. They’re about friendship, connection, wellbeing, sharing memories and creating new ones together.

A huge thank you to our wonderful staff who put so much thought and care into making our days special — and, of course, to our members who bring the fun! 💛

What a wonderful time we’ve been having at our Day Service 🎉

From exploring the impressive Falkirk Wheel, getting hands on out in the garden, creating some wonderful crafts together and being out and about with Joyrides - a breath of fresh air 🌼 Joy Rides - a breath of fresh air

There has also been plenty of opportunity to relax with friends and enjoy good company. We love seeing everyone stay active, creative and connected while having lots of fun along the way 🥰
