This Sunday we're bringing you an afternoon full of Rueda de Casino, Cuban music, great company, and lots of dancing!

Yamil will be there teaching, dancing, and keeping the energy high as always! 🔥
I'm hoping I might be able to pop in and say hello too, if I'm feeling well enough. I won't be dancing this time, but it would be lovely to catch up with everyone if I can make it ❤️

Sometimes life has other ideas, and all we can do is roll with them... 🌿
Time to swap my dance shoes 👠💃 and fitness gear 💪🧘‍♀️ for recovery mode—for a little while anyway, and for a little more patience than I'd like.
