I offer regular 5Rhythms classes & workshops in Edinburgh, East Lothian and the Scottish Borders I also offer classes in North Berwick and Melrose.

I teach a regular weekly drop-in Wednesday night Class 7.15pm at Stockbridge House, Edinburgh. As well as Weekend Dance Retreats in rural locations just outside Edinburgh.

GATHERING IN THE HARVEST:
I love stepping back onto the dance floor at this time of year and being reminded of how essential this movement practice is to me, as a way to honour this change in season.......to gather in my own embodied sense of abundance, to reconnect with my centre ground and prepare for the inward journey towards winter.......come join me as we collective move towards the heart of Autumn in all its beauty and surrender:

Delving into the rich summerlands of August. We have our Summer Dance Retreat 7th-9th August and then we are off in the Camper Van to explore the wild reaches of Scotland.
