Zumba Dance Fitness Edinburgh A qualified, insured & licensed exercise to music teacher, Zumba instructor and dance leader, also Extend trained to work safely with special needs groups.

Creator Emma McMillan is passionate about the benefits of movement and how it can be used to motivate, encourage and stimulate. At present I teach Zumba, Aerobics, Extend (low impact keep fit/seated exercise) and fun dance classes at a variety of venues in and around Edinburgh.
