Private preview viewing on 10/1/26. Delighted to be included in the 30 x 30 Small Works section of this great event. The SSA's 127th annual exhibition currently in the Royal Scottish Academy, The Mound, Edinburgh. A gr8 collection of work covering all styles and mediums. Still plenty of time to visit, view and perhaps even take the opportunity to purchase an original piece of art. An impressive exhibition in an impressive location.

'Two for Joy' - A new watercolour, currently showing in the Society of Scottish Artists 30 x 30 Small Works Display, part of their annual exhibition at the Royal Scottish Academy of Art in Edinburgh. A belated Happy New Year to everyone! 🥂 As always, and I'm sure for most of us - December passes in a blur. You stop to catch your breath - and suddenly we're heading straight towards late January 😯 Having a birthday just b4 Xmas - then my partner's birthday not long after New Year means good intentions (eg. keeping Instagram posts up to date) often fall by the wayside, but now it's time to focus on the year ahead - and all the creative possibilities it will bring! Thanks for your continued support & 'page following' and whatever your plans, here's to a good 2026 for us all. 😊

Every Time A Bell Rings... One of my new works, created especially for the latest exhibition, Light In The Dark .grounds. I was inspired by the classic film, It's A Wonderful Life and one of its most famous quotes! 😊 Took a while, but really pleased with the faux feather effect I managed to replicate on the canvas. Exhibition opens this evening and runs until 31 Dec 2025
