Join and this coming weekend as they celebrate 10 Years of Making at Coburg House 🎉

This exhibition celebrates ten years of jewellery making by Fiona Luing and Tracy Wilson at Coburg House. Over the last decade, they have both grown and evolved as makers, developing their own individual styles while sharing a love of craftsmanship, creativity, and contemporary jewellery.

Their work is inspired by the things that surround them—texture, colour, architecture, landscape, and the small details that often go unnoticed. Through experimenting with materials and techniques, they create pieces designed to feel personal, expressive, and made to be worn and enjoyed.

Reaching ten years working within this special building and community feels like an important milestone and an opportunity for them to reflect on the journey so far—from learning and refining their skills to teaching, exhibiting, and connecting with others through jewellery.

This exhibition brings together a collection of work that represents where they have been, what inspires them now, and the excitement of what is still to come. They are delighted to share this celebration with you!

10 Years of Making opens Friday 29th May from 6-9pm, then Saturdays and Sundays, 11-4pm, until 7th June.

Opening tomorrow!

'Observed, Imagined’ presents a compelling selection of fine artists from Coburg House, bringing together an exceptional range of contemporary painting and fine art practices under one roof.

Across abstraction, landscape, portraiture, figurative and representational work, the exhibition reveals the richness and diversity of artistic approaches flourishing within the studios today. Bold gestures sit beside meticulous detail; richly layered surfaces alongside finely observed studies. Each work reflects a distinct visual language shaped through years of dedication to material, process, and practice.

The exhibition celebrates artists whose technical mastery and confidence with form, colour, composition, and medium create works that are both immediate and enduring. From quiet moments of intimacy to striking, large-scale statements, the exhibition invites viewers into a dynamic and varied experience of contemporary fine art.

Together, these works offer a rare opportunity to encounter the breadth of talent within Coburg House: a community of artists united not by style, but by the strength, quality, and individuality of their work.

Featuring:

CP Campbell, David Schofield, Evie Rose Thornton, Joy Arden, Kenris MacLeod, Lynn Hanley, Maria Vigers, Sara Beevers, & Sue Tait.

Our current exhibition, The Shape of Seeing, features a showcase of photographs by Colin MacLeod (1945–2025), a pioneering Scottish photographer, filmmaker, and educator whose work evolved over a long and influential career. Bringing together a selection of his later digital images, the exhibition reflects a lifelong, deeply observational engagement with seeing, making, and meaning.
