Hey pals. Just a wee announcement about the comedy storytelling cabaret which is Electric Tales. We're going to be putting it on long term pause to focus on other things (like Siân becoming a terrible mother), so there won't be any more shows for quite a long time. We'd like to thank all the people who've supported our weird little shows over the years, including the dazzling array of performers who've given up their time to entertain us. Massive robot hugs to The Stand for giving us a home for so long, and to her staff who have drawn beautiful pictures, poured delicious pints and pressed buttons over the years. Thanks to Chris Scott, Literary Paparazzo for all the open mouthed photos (the KING of low light photography indeed), to Johnathan 'The Boy' Elders for all the amazing robots (a commemorative photo album is coming) and to Susan Morrison for helping making it happen all those moons ago. The Robots are very excited about coming out to play at the launch of the Edinburgh's ex Police Boxes Festival on Friday. We'll be down at the Police Box on Pier Place, right next to Newhaven Harbour and Loch Fyne restaurant, from 7pm and hope to see some of you kittens there. ###

A full house - and not all robots - whooped and cheered and looked slightly uncomfortable as Siân Bevan hosted another Electric Tales with the assistance of Bob Graham, Markee de Saw & Bert Finkle and Billy Kirkwood's amazing random acts of 'comedy', not to mention his live shaving antics. Phew!
