Adult Hula Hoop Classes are back at North Merchiston Club from Wednesday 12th August!

✨ 6:30pm – Improvers / Intermediate For hoopers with some experience who can already waist and hand hoop. This block will focus on exciting multi-hoop skills, exploring tricks with one, two, three and even four hoops!

✨ 7:30pm – Beginners A fun and welcoming introduction to hula hooping, covering waist hooping, tricks and simple sequences to get you started.

🌀 Hoops provided for all classes.

What a day at the Davidson Mains Gala Day! 💛
